Ferme aquaponique du Grand Orb is a 1500 m2 greenhouse on the Pézènes-les-Mines plateau in Taussac. The production system used is aquaponics: plant crops in symbiosis with a fish farm. This ecological production method saves a great deal of water, as it operates autonomously using only rainwater. We offer a tour of the greenhouse, with a presentation of the aquaponics system and a small tasting session.
