Come and discover the daily life of artisan farmers committed to protecting the landscape and local biodiversity. Often native to the surrounding garrigue, our plants are grown using agroecology methods. Often native to the surrounding garrigue, our plants are grown using agroecology methods. We'll start with a short tour of our 6 hectares of fields, alternating the scents of the season with a simple scent workshop. A visit to our drying barn, where we'll discuss the art of proper drying. Tasting of iced infusions and fresh local cheeses with Pouzes herbs!
