The tour begins among the vines, between ancient plots and trellised rows, to understand the evolution of practices and the richness of local grape varieties. You'll then taste a sample of wine straight from the barrel, a privileged moment to grasp all the finesse of cellar work.
The tour continues with a visit to the Visigothic chapel of Saint-Pontien, a rare example of a little-known heritage, before returning to the cellar for a commented tasting of the estate?s wines.
