History of cooperative wineries
One village, one winery? is the general observation at the end of a century of cooperative winegrowing in the Midi. The study of caves
from a heritage perspective tells the story of small winegrowers fighting for their independence. Their architecture reveals great technical and even aesthetic value. The conference offers an opportunity to discover this remarkable heritage, emblematic of our countryside and now under threat.
