    6:00 p.m. Opening of the exhibitors’ village; bar and food service open.
    6:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.: Les Mandadores—a duo of accordion and violin players who are also hunters, performing as they wander the streets

    Friday, August 7
    6:30 p.m. – Ivan / Back in Sax? A medley of international standards and original compositions on the saxophone: a glass of “saxo” to kick off the evening

    Saturday, August 8
    6:30 p.m. – Everyone on Stage: Songs, accordions, violins—the talents from the festival’s master classes.

    Sunday, August 9
    5:00 PM - Everyone in Chorus: The operatic voices from the festival’s master classes (Saint-Majan Church)
    6:30 p.m. – Ravel Jazz Combo – Ten musicians on stage, brass instruments playing flawlessly through the greatest musical hits spanning several generations.

    Song d’une nuit d’été is fortunate to host one of the finest collections of antique and contemporary brass instruments.
    In a fun and musical tour, Guy Estimbre, musicologist and multi-instrumentalist, recounts the history of these instruments—which he plays himself—from the horn to the sackbut and the serpent. A workshop and demonstration on instrument restoration will complement the tour.

    A cultural, musical, and gastronomic discovery: on your plate, choripan with chimichurri sauce; and on the violin, guitar, bombo, or bandoneon—Argentine musicians Luciano Luna, Marco Grancelli, and Franco-Spanish violinist Chloé Bousquet.

    EMBARK ON AN ARTISTIC ADVENTURE!
    Four workshop options open to all: Lyric Voice
    Accordion, Song/Contemporary Music, Violin

    All classes are taught by qualified instructors who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and have extensive teaching experience. All instructors are artists themselves.
    In the warm and positive atmosphere of the University of…, the “Song d’une nuit d’été” master classes offer everyone the opportunity to push their limits and to discover or refine their technique and musical practice.
    The master classes conclude on stage with a public concert.

    For students: free admission to one festival concert of their choice and reduced-price tickets for the others.
