Within this wild and preserved nature, the vine draws its aromatic concentrate, its specificity, its richness.
Sometimes it defends itself against the violence of the winds and the ravaging rains, against the cold or the blazing heat, sometimes it benefits from the Mediterranean serenity, and this fight gives it all its character.
