Éric and Cyril?s father André has always had a passion for arboriculture. That's when he started growing cherry, apple, plum, pear? and olive trees.
Every year, more determined than ever to plant and cultivate these trees in shale soils, André brought new trees to plant either alongside vineyards or in existing orchards to make his own olive oil. Lucques, Picholine, Bouteillan and Olivière no longer hold any secrets for him.
