CHÂTEAU COUPE-ROSES

Located in La Caunette, a small medieval village close to the city of Minerve, the Château Coupe-Roses welcomes you and invites you to discover its AOP Minervois wines, whites, rosés and reds as well as its olive oil

Our vines are organically grown and respectful of the terroir. They benefit from a high altitude which gives our wines elegance and freshness. The terroir of our vines is very varied, ranging from schist to Coupe-Roses clay and limestone pebbles. The grapes are harvested by hand, giving atypical, lively and fruity wines, complexified by the terroirs.

Come and discover in our tasting cellar the work of local artists through the exhibitions we organize throughout the year. We also sell many fair trade, organic and local products from producers in our region. A visit of the cellar and the vineyards is possible by appointment.
