The magnificent buildings have blended into the vineyard estate from the very beginning. The owners Pierre and Michel Birot are winemakers following in a family tradition dating back to 1675. They tend their vineyards – 90 hectares of clay and limestone soil with an ideal south-facing aspect – with great love and care.
