Château Fonsalade is a wine estate located in the heart of the Languedoc region for almost 130 years. The 32 hectares of vineyards in the Saint Chinian and Roquebrun appellations offer us the possibility to take advantage of the two types of soil present in the appellation: limestone, which allows us to make structured, fruity and elegant wines, and schist, where the tannins are more supple for silky and velvety wines.
