The circuit 8 'Mons-Bardou' of the site VTT-FFC Caroux en Haut Languedoc is very technical. Reserved for experienced riders, it offers a magnificent descent of the Bardou pass on a hilly path. A real jewel for the amateurs of enduro mountain bike!
Be careful: the descent follows the route of the Grande Randonnée de Pays footpath, and includes many hairpins that increase the difficulty. A responsible attitude will be the guarantee of a serene cohabitation.
