The Domaine de La Grange Haute is situated on the slopes of a very worn secondary massif. The sandy-structured soil, with a clay-limestone subsoil, is by nature not very fertile. Its orientation to the Levant towards the Mediterranean places it under the influence of the sea but with intense sunshine.
Here, the vines are planted on the scale of an overturned terrain where the geological strata overlap. This varied and mineralized soil gives simple and fresh wines with fruit, for your aperitifs, meals or barbecues. The estate produces Pays d'Oc and Hérault Vins de Pays d'Oc in red, white and rosé.
The Domaine de la Grange Haute covers 11 ha (syrah, merlot and chardonnay) around its imposing winemaking cellar.
Integrated viticulture, tilling of the soil, control of irrigation by individual drip irrigation at each vine stock.
Thanks to a vat room in small volumes, allowing the vinification by grape variety and by plot, it is possible to offer pleasant, tasty wines.
