L'ATELIER DU BOUILLEUR

We are an artisanal distillery located in the Faugères appellation. Matthieu, Martial and Theresa offer you a range of more than a dozen natural spirits, distilled from natural wine and local plants on century old iron stills, mounted on wheels in the days of the distillers. Our principle is to express the Languedoc terroir in spirits: through its wines in distillate form, its aromatic plants, its traditions like the Fine Faugères for which we are the only distillery.
