L'Ortensia is a gastronomic restaurant based on local cuisine. It is located in an old manor house which has been completely renovated. The room, entirely glazed, and the terrace overlook the village of Saint-Gervais and offer a panoramic view of the castrum of Neyran and the Monts d'Orb. L'Ortensia also offers five comfortable guest rooms in a 9 hectare park full of hydrangeas and an arboretum of chestnut trees fed by springs and watering canals.
