Located in the charming village of Assignan, at the gateway to the Haut-Languedoc nature park, amidst the Saint-Chinian appellation vineyards, it's an authentic place dedicated to wine tourism. In this village, renovated with passion and taste by Marc and Tine Vesrtraete, you can stroll through the pedestrian streets, enjoy a drink in the village square, or relax in one of the 24 rooms of the "éclaté" hotel. It's also the place to eat. Three restaurants with different atmospheres welcome you: "La Table", the organic gastronomic restaurant which has been awarded a Michelin star, "Le Thaï" and "La Petite Table", the bistro grill.
