LES BRASSEURS DE CASTIGNO

Castigno's beer is inspired by the Belgian style, in a nod to the origins of the owners of Château & Village Castigno. Brewed according to the rules of art and craftsmanship in Assignan in the Languedoc region, in our own microbrewery, it is elaborated with the same quest for excellence as our wines. Here, it is the malts and the hops that flavour the palette of expression, sometimes playing on the range of citrus, toasted cereals or exotic fruits. From the light blonde to the generous triple, Château Castigno's Languedoc craft beers exploit all the variations to offer a well-balanced range, which will continue to evolve.
A beer for pleasure, but also a gastronomic beer to accompany a refined dish, Château Castigno's Languedoc craft beers are always the pretext for nice moments of conviviality.
