An olive mill with a shop selling products from the Hérault and other southern departments. About forty producers are represented. Olive oil from the mill, tapenade, honeys, jams, regional cooked dishes, wines, sweets... A fresh section: cheeses and Lacaune charcuterie. A large choice of soaps with essential oils and body care products. Exhibitions of works by local artists. In summer, product tasting and free visit of the mill. You will discover how olive oil is made, followed by a tasting of the different varieties of oils produced by the mill.
