Stroll along this lovely trail, where landscape and terroir are intimately linked. You'll discover the rural and pastoral life of yesteryear, when you come across these strange stone constructions: clapàs (huge dry-stone walls). Here we are at the heart of the Saint-Chinian appellation, with cellars and wineries open all year round. The Maison des Vins, the Espace Vin, the Cave de Saint-Chinian, and many others in the village, are all great places to discover the great vintages.
