This Flavors walk offers a privileged immersion into the heart of the Mas d'Albo vineyard, nestled in a protected natural setting.
Participants discover the organically farmed plots and share in the daily life of the winemaker, who explains his work, his cultivation choices and the essential stages from vine to wine.
The tour continues to the cellar, where the winemaking and ageing processes are presented. This comprehensive approach enables visitors to understand the entire process, from grape to bottle, in an authentic and educational setting.
The morning concludes with a tasting of the estate?s wines, accompanied by homemade appetizers, to fully savor the expression of the terroir.
