Built on an ancient vineyard situated on one of the two plateaus overlooking the town, it is surrounded by dry stone walls, making it an ideal environment for children to play in the enclosed garden, and for your pets to enjoy
From the terraces, the view over the Orb valley is magnificent.
Calm and peaceful, it's an ideal place for up to 8 people to relax.
The accommodation
The house is fully equipped
kitchen which has just been renovated.
You'll have a pleasant stay and unforgettable moments in this beautiful region.

The main terrace will welcome you at every meal, and what a pleasure it is to have a good time when the sun is setting and your children are playing safely in the garden before your very eyes.

As for the bedroom terraces, they'll be waiting to welcome you with their unique panoramic views and long, quiet naps.
Full air-conditioning was installed last June (2024).

You have access to the entire house, except for the garage-workshop and the 2 sloping ceilings reserved for equipment.
Other comments
Road access is possible for all cars (and even small vans), provided you take care on the last few meters, given the narrow width available between the two dry-stone walls. We access it in a large scenic vehicle.

Once through the gate, the garden is huge (3,300 m2) and you'll have no trouble parking your vehicles.

The house is not yet easily accessible to people with reduced mobility
but we're working on it.

Given its proximity to Lamalou-les-Bains, the house is ideally suited to spa visitors (12 minutes by car) who are looking for a large, relaxing space.

Finally, we would like to draw your attention to the need for caution in the event of fire. We're in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, and in summer, the local vegetation is very dry.
For this reason, there are no barbecues, but we do provide an electric plancha.
Smoking is permitted on the terraces, but beware of cigarette butts, so be very careful with fire, as in all Mediterranean countries!
