Family home in the charming hamlet of Ardouane in the heart of the Parc naturel régional du
Haut-Languedoc regional nature park, 50 m from the Passa Païs greenway, at the foot of the 1000 steps hike, close to a river bathing area.

The accommodation
The path in front of the house leads to the gardens and the river, ideal for a refreshing swim. Just 50 meters from the house, a 500 m2 garden is at your disposal, with a children's playhouse and slide, and a picnic table under a cherry tree (downhill to the river, on the left-hand side of the garden).
On the villa's first floor, you'll find a large, fully-equipped open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, as well as a wood-burning stove, ping-pong table and table soccer.
Upstairs, a long corridor leads to three bedrooms (12 to 14m2 ). The large mirrored closet contains books and board games. At the far end are the toilet and bathroom.
Beds are made up on arrival, and towels and bath sheets are provided.
A table and chairs are at the back of the house for outdoor dining, and of course you can also choose the garden by the river.

Lodging close to the greenway (it crosses Ardouane) possibility to come by bike.
Bike room available in the accommodation.
Garage for motorcycles and bicycles, closed and secure.
