This charming air conditioned home has a sunny terrace that just invites you to sit back and enjoy the view of the garden. You can also enjoy strolls or cycles along the Canal du midi and its lovely harbour.

The Canal du Midi meanders through South of France's vineyards, where we are wine growers. You can enjoy wine tourism in the many surrounding estates, in particular around Saint Chinian, famous for its wines and regional produce Sunday morning market.

"L'Instant Canal" is just one hour away from the mountains, and 30 minutes from a lovely platter of oysters on the edge of the Mediterranean beaches.
