LE BOULONNAIS - GÎTES DU PONT DE CALMEL

Between the sea and the mountains, in the heart of the Parc Régional du Haut Languedoc, Gaëtan, Nils and Anna welcome you to their estate of 6 gîtes. Come and recharge your batteries with family or friends in one of our accommodations such as "Le Boulonnais". In this pretty 70 m² gîte, you'll find a main room on one level equipped with a kitchenette (5-burner gas stove with oven, coffeemaker, kettle, fridge with small freezer), a dining area and a living area (with sofa and armchair). This opens onto a covered, south-east-facing 20 m² terrace with garden furniture.4 steps down are a shower room, separate toilet and two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm) and the other with twin beds (90 cm) and a bunk bed (90 cm).This gîte is not adjoining, but is about 100 m from the farmhouse and swimming pool.Activities are available on site for the enjoyment of our guests:A 14m x 6m swimming pool (close to the gîtes) and paddling pool surrounded by a large 300 m² terrace, with shade.A common room equipped with a kitchen, numerous board games available.A children's playground with trampoline, table tennis, squirrel cage, slack-line.Numerous supervised outings in the middle of nature: starting from the Pont de Calmel on electric mountain bikes or on foot, accompanied by a nature activity supervisor. Rates include: utilities (water, gas, electricity), use of swimming pool, loan of baby equipment (please specify when booking): high chair, cot, small bathtub. Linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) except in July and August. Rates do not include: Linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) during July and August; Linen hire: 10 euros per person, including sheets, towels and tea towels; Pets are welcome, but if they are sociable and able to live with the farm animals, a supplement of 15 euros will be charged for the stay.TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Minerve (Cathar stronghold), cité de Carcassonne, Narbonne, Caunes-Minervois abbey and marble quarries, Lac de Jouarres (water sports center), Canal du Midi, Parc naturel du Haut Languedoc (lakes, hikes, caves), Tarn museums, hiking (GR77 and departmental green network), climbing (natural site in the Cesse gorges).
